Program Descriptions
Program 1 NeuroMovement® for Whole Body Fitness
Ever wondered what makes certain movements so easy? and Others are more clumsy? Some may find it difficult, or even impossible, to do certain things.
We often put our efforts into improving our performance by focusing on our muscles. and joints because that’s what we feel and Seek out movement. When we experience pain, or a limitation in our movement, it is our brain’s responsibility to make the necessary changes. All of our actions are controlled by the brain.

It is the brain, which tells the muscles what they should do, that forms our thoughts and beliefs, and How we perform any action or movement will determine how it works. The brain must first map out our bodies through a variety of experiences in order to be able organize our movements.
This process creates billions of connections in the brain that allow it to create unique patterns or what we call “the brain.” Anat Calls Self-image. Every person’s self image is different. For For example, a concert pianist may have dense brain maps that are linked to her hands. and fingers, and A woman might have a smaller representation of her pelvis. A belly dancer, however, will have a more complete view of her pelvis than the majority of us.
Anat This is called the ‘Swiss cheese effect.’ The brain areas with less information are like the holes in the cheese. Pain, limitations, and The feeling of being stuck can often be attributed to areas in our brains that aren’t fully developed. and We are less aware about the holes in cheese.
It’s also important to understand that any movement we do, is a whole brain/body movement. When we lift our arm, it’s not only the arm that the brain has to organize. It must be able to recognize every part of our bodies. It needs to be able to locate every part of our bodies in space. and The dynamic relationships that exist between different parts of your body at all times. Without it, we couldn’t have successful and continuous movement.
In NeuroMovement® for Whole Body FitnessTo ensure sufficient connections within the brain to enable it to organize basic functions, the emphasis is placed on different parts of the body. and More complex movements. Each lesson will help you map your brain’s focus areas more clearly. You will also make new connections in your brain and Relationships between different parts are more flexible, stronger, and dexterity. and Easy movement
The NeuroMovement® for Whole Body Fitness This is the foundational program that will guide all others. NeuroMovement Programmes and It is important to do this first.

Program 2 NeuroMovement® for Better Balance
Balance allows us to move with great freedom. It makes us feel secure. and You are free to explore the world and to discover new things and You can move quickly and powerfully. Many adults have lost their balance and are unable to move as they should.
Senior adults often seek out help for balance problems. and Falls are a leading cause of death. An estimated 14.8 per cent of American adults (33.4 millions) suffered from some type of balance problem in 2008. It isn’t just a problem for the elderly. Research done in NASA has shown that people in their 20’s already begin to show signs of diminished balance.
Balance is an important concept. Our body’s structure is so complex that it almost falls every time we stand upright. Our base is narrow and our center of gravity is high and A heavy head at its top. This structure makes it very simple to initiate movement. and This allows for great freedom of movement in all directions. On the other hand, the brain has to constantly make sure we don’t fall.
It takes a healthy child’s brain six years to figure out to LEARN, how to stand safely on one leg for 10 seconds, and How to hop on one foot 20 feet. And it doesn’t stop there. The child will improve their balance and be able do more complicated activities over the years.
Why do so many people, even young ones, start to lose their balance?
Children that are constantly moving are not like children and Their brains must constantly navigate the gravitational field. Adults sit for long periods starving their brains of the need to avoid falling. Even with some fitness programs, balance is not required. For For example, stationary bikes can be used to lift weights and are easily adapted for use with a machine.
It is inevitable that people age and their stances become more rigid. and In an effort to maintain balance, the limits are becoming more restrictive. It is a no!
Human brain is the most malleable part of us. All signs of aging, including imbalance, can be reversed if the conditions are right. Your brain’s ability to use its resources effectively will bring balance about. and You need to keep moving at a speed that will not cause you to fall.
With NeuroMovement® for Better Balance, your brain will receive the flow of new information it needs. Your brain will make new connections with this new information and You will be able to quickly and Effectively, you can’t fall as long as you are moving and This will allow for better coordination. You’ll be able move faster and You can be more confident-footed.
Standing straight up, standing on one foot when you put on your pants. and Walking down the stairs, walking a narrow trail, doing Yoga poses, dancing, and getting in and The bath tub will provide you with the pleasure of a safe and easy experience. and Well-balanced movement and The freedom to do more with your time.

Is sitting a curse? No.
Our bodies are designed to sit. Our bodies are designed to sit.
Is there a way for me to sit? and Avoid the negative effects of sitting for too long. The answer is YES and Dynamic Healthy Sitting is what we call it.
Our bodies were designed for movement. More than 640 muscles are named and 206 bones are included. and 360 joints are capable of performing virtually unlimited combinations of movement. Our brains are home to approximately 85 billion neurons and a trillion glial cells. and There are trillions of connections that can be organized. and You can do endless variations of movement.
We were built to move. Our brain must be active in order to function properly and move our whole body. Most people who sit down stop moving after a while. Many chairs are designed so that the user can lean on the back of the chair. and slouch. The brain is no longer seated upright. “goes to sleep” You should not expect to move while sitting or get up. It’s no wonder research is discovering that sitting is bad for our health.
However, it’s not the sitting itself that is the bad for us, it’s the way we sit that is the problem. It is the inability to move. and It is the decrease in brain activity when we sit that causes us problems. This is the good news: anyone can get their brain to wake up. and Learn to sit in a healthy and dynamic manner. The brain needs to be awake and alert. and active; and The whole body is involved.
