Bas Rutten will instruct you how to punch/kick combinations and then you do it. You will be stronger and more resilient if every punch you throw is full force.
You wouldn’t believe how many combinations can fit into 2 minutes. You can begin slowly, and then increase the speed as you progress. Bas’s instructions. Now, you are able to do all ten rounds in a two-minute or all seven rounds in a three-minute. A single workout takes up to 30 mins and is a very intense cardio workout.
