Both men and women are welcome to follow. Begin Bodyweight. You can modify the exercises to suit your journey at any stage.
I don’t have any experience with exercise!
There are 6 levels of workouts, so there’s a program for everyone. If you’re overweight, inactive or have never exercised before, begin bodyweight will be perfect.
How many days per semaine and how long are each workouts?
Each workout lasts 1 hour and is done 3 days per week
Does the workout include leg exercises?
Begin Bodyweight Leg exercises are not included as they only target the upper body. Our Limitless Legs Program is also recommended.
With what can I build muscle and/or strength? Begin Bodyweight?
Yes. Yes. As a beginner, strength and size come quickly.
