What: One full day of training in obstacle racing from Ben Greenfield and Hunter McIntyreThese include rigs. Ropes, ropes. Walls. Traverse, balance. Carry, drags. Flips.-Run technique, spear throws, under weave and You can also enjoy a last, epic BBQ feast at its end.

Who It’s For: Obstacle course racers, exercise enthusiasts and All fitness levels are welcome, no matter what their skill level.

Travel: If you’re flying, fly to GEG airport (Spokane, WA). Don’t fly to Seattle, unless you want a 5 hour drive. Ben Greenfield’s and The host hotel is located 20 minutes from Spokane Airport. Spokane is home to Uber. and buggy.
