You can find us at phdeadlift.com Virtual coaching takes a different approach than other industries. Almost without exception, we’ve found that our athletes are most successful in the long run when given the tools to plan and program for themselves. Because virtual coaching requires building a long-term plan.-term online relationship. Before accepting new clients, we require an application in writing.
Accepted clients will then need to send training videos, logs (of both meals and training), and body photos. No matter if your primary focus is strength or body improvement, these materials are essential. After reviewing your goals, current training methods, and any recent training videos, we will prepare a list with topics for further discussion. This is also a chance to tell us more about you, your background, as well as your training experiences.
All the programs are included in the program.-inclusive, This means that you will be provided with nutrition and training guidelines. You must submit a check every week.-It includes your training history for the week, your food log, and videos showing your heaviest sets. This allows us to continually assess your progress and technique. Each check is completed.-We will make any necessary changes to your program.
Obviously, This is a laborious process. We ask that only dedicated individuals apply. We prefer competitive powerlifters who are within 16 weeks of a meet. However, we will consider all clients.
Custom Program Design
Some people don’t need hands-on guidance — they just need a head start. We suggest that you consider a custom program if this is you. You won’t receive ongoing support like you would from a full-time coach, but don’t be fooled: This process can be very difficult. You’ll need to complete a detailed application, and provide videos of your lifts for assessment.
