Course Description
Let’s get to the point.
What is the? Shredded Academy Why join the team?
First and foremost, this program is for a person who desires an athletic physique. Don’t waste your time if you are looking for a bulky bodybuilder appearance. Here, we’re creating functional bodies.
What does this mean?
Functional Fitness
Functional bodies are built for performance and not for show.
Functionality is when you can use common body movements with strength and skill.
It is focused on strength, power mobility and body control. Dynamic exercises and static movements are combined to create a body that is functional but also shredded.
The Workout Structure
The workouts begin with a warm-up.-Start by standing up. Next, do a circuit of 15 minutes that includes a variety of exercises. Then, burnout with reps or sets. Each day targets different muscle groups. You can even earn extra credit if you really want to go the extra mile.
Calisthenics is a good choice.
Calisthenics is something I have been doing for 6+ years. I believe it is the most effective and efficient way to transform your physique. This program is also cross-platform.-Training with your bodyweight. Ask the marines and professional athletes. Even your grandparents. You will find that they all agree that bodyweight training is the best way to go.
It’s not necessary to spend thousands of dollars on fancy equipment or gym memberships. There’s no need to spend hours working out. You are slowly reducing mobility and killing your joints.
You will be amazed at the results if you give yourself 30 minutes per week to do this calisthenics program.
