Negativity can be dangerous, contagious and insidious. It makes us sad, depressed, and fearful. It also slows down our growth, causes us to doubt ourselves, and stops us from being the amazing, effortless, unique, perfect beings that we were all meant to be. All of us have subconscious habits that enable negativity in some way or another at one time in our lives. They often start in childhood. The lies that we believe about ourselves and what we have been told by our parents, friends, teachers, and magazines can last a lifetime.
The problem with our thoughts is they’re not always true and we don’t always catch them. We don’t always see them slipping into our daily decisions, lying to us, or poisoning our spirit. It is directly related to how we feel of How we think is important, but it can also influence how we feel. The mind is the most important part of wellness.
Even if we are sick or injured, we can’t stop the pain without medical intervention. However, we can make it easier to manage the pain by changing how we look at it. Positive The power of thinking has been proven to be powerful enough for cancer to go into remission. It can improve our emotional state as well as speed up physical healing. The A difference between despair and hope could literally save someone’s life.

If you’ve ever wondered why your moods are more negative or anxious than others, you can start by looking at the first thing you think when you wake up. Negativity can start as a whisper and spiral into something bigger than us if it is allowed to live. The beauty is that darkness is never larger than us. Never. You always have the ability to alter your thoughts and perception. We have control of Our minds are the key to our success. It is an empowering truth.
It’s not easy to monitor every single thought we have in a day. However, we can set the right course. Just like exercise boosts our metabolism and dopamine for hours after we’ve left the gym, the best way to avoid a negativity spiral is to exercise our minds with positivity.
It might feel silly telling yourself you’re beautiful when you feel ugly. Or that you’re worthy when you feel useless. Or that you’re calm when you feel panicked. Or that you’re healthy when you’re ill. It is important that we affirm these positive thoughts to ourselves. Therapy calls it “therapy”. “fake it ‘til you make it”.
Ever tried smiling for no reason? It’s possible. Did you feel a lift? Did you feel happier? Simply by raising our lips, we can boost our serotonin levels without any emotional prompt. We have subconsciously been connecting our joy with smiling for most of our lives. A similar principle is to repeat an affirmation. The repetitive act of feeling is what we learn to do. of doing.
A positive affirmation can be any positive, upbeat statement that you say honestly about yourself or about others. Although I like to recite them first thing in each morning, they can be used throughout the day. I love to say them in front of a mirror and out loud. I will say the affirmation twice if I doubt it.

These PSA’s can be incorporated into your daily thoughts and speech to increase your joy, serenity. energy, confidence, productivity, and happiness.
