Brandon He was raised in Queens by his grandmother and mother. Brandon He shared a room with his grandmother up to the age of 16. While they were not poor, they weren’t privileged. He struggled at school early and was not considered poor. He didn’t always follow the orders of authority and was often in trouble. At 16 years old, he began to join gang activity. He was soon being led down the wrong road. After being expelled by 3 Orlando schools, FL. He managed to get his high school diploma with just a 2.2 GPA. He struggled to find a job after high school. He worked mediocre jobs, and sold drugs for his parents for 2 years. After working as both a barbershop worker and a hospital transporter in an emergency room, he decided to attend college. He realized after four years that college was not for him. He wanted to do what his family wanted and what his life required, but he wasn’t able to. After deciding to do something different, he applied for his real estate license. After many failed attempts to become a normal realtor, he discovered real estate investing. He is now a successful real estate investor and has earned well over six figure per year. He is able to support his family, friends, and students.
