This series will teach you how to increase strength, gain confidence, and balance your foundational arm.
The This series starts with a lesson on refining basic poses, such as Crow and Chaturanga. Next, we move on to learning the fundamental elements of more difficult postures like Lotus, Eka Pada II and Kukkutasana.
Each class begins with a warmup to get your body ready. Next, I will guide and demonstrate each arm balance in order to build muscle memory so that you can move on to more advanced variations. These movements require patience, determination, and patience. I have designed this series to be taught in a class.-It is a good idea to use a repeating format for the first month to absorb and to apply the material to your practice.
All levels are welcome to this series, however, it is recommended that you have a solid foundation in Yoga and strong wrists.
