Through a thoughtful balance of creative programming and purposeful sequencing, you’ll have fun as you build endurance, strength and stamina! Each week consists of three HIIT + yoga fusion classes, a Core & Stretch class, one yoga sequence and a rest day. The HIIT+ yoga fusion classes focus on one area of your body and offer fun and creative exercises that will help you reach your maximum intensity.-You have time to recover from the intense heat before we start again. The core & stretch class will build midline strength, which is crucial to a strong body and practice. To feel balanced and energized, you’ll end each week with a lighthearted yoga practice.
