The growth of your shop will depend on the identification of the ideal customer, niches, or in-demand designs. This module helps you identify next-level customers, niches, and in demand designs. Finally, it teaches you what options will lead to long-term growth.
In module one, you’re going to learn:
Potent, but no-Nononsense trend research (also called in demand product identifiation) and methods to collect/save findings in an organized and manageable way.
Trend research results can be verified using a simple and accurate resource (erank.com). This will allow you to quickly determine, based upon specific parameters, whether or not to proceed with your research. “take or toss” ideas.
The exact processes and resources (checklists/templates) I use for my own shops to identify the gold mine niches that few (if any) other sellers are taking advantage of.
The strategies I developed and the details in this module helped me increase my shops’ sales and revenue more than half a year after I began to implement these steps.
They worked for me, and can be easily duplicated.

MODULE TWO – OPTIMIZE
Once you have gathered all the information you need and narrowed down your niche, customer, and product choices, you must optimize them. This module is what my students call the “optimization module”. “gold mine” I include it in all my teaching. It’s really that delicious!
In module two, you’re going to learn:
How to choose, structure, and select keywords to optimize titles and tags that get your listings in front more customers organically. Every year, Etsy hosts 80 million+ buyers. You can get your products in front of the right buyers by using the right keywords. Your business will soar as a result.
How to make your listing photos stand out from the rest. You can’t beat expertly selected listing photos.
Listing optimization is essential to provide the best customer experience and maintain a high conversion rate. This refers to how effective your listings are in converting buyers into browsers.
Optimization refers to the transformation of a listing from mediocre performer into best seller status. It is a non-profitable process.-Negotiable in a 6-Shop for Figures
MODULE THREE – DEVELOP
Development is the eternal.-Your business is constantly evolving and you need to take it to new heights. The expansion of your shop depends on this phase. It’s something I’ve refined over the years to an absolute science. It’s one thing being able to identify trends and create good designs. It’s another thing to be able build a thriving business that follows these trends over time. This is an important part of the puzzle that many sellers don’t know how to complete. That’s why the development phase is so crucial.
In module three, you’re going to learn:
How to take what you’ve learned in module 1 & 2 and expand on this information by testing, collecting real time data, and building out on what’s working (affectionately coined my “scientist/ detective/gymnast” phases).
How to listen to the signals your customers send you about what they want. This is something that most sellers don’t do.
How to keep your goals alive and build a strong brand and customer base.
You must be able to develop long-term strategies if you want to build a successful, long-term business.
