What is the Meaning of The THOR Program?

- Personally, I have not focused on weight training over the past few decades. The focus has been on leveraging calisthenics, weighted calisthenics, and other neuromuscular benefits. I’ve seen amazing customer testimonial stories from people who have used this, but there were always a ton of requests from people wanting me to show a more advanced system and how to leverage NM training in the weight room.
- Start the development of THOR I was a proud participant in the program and knew that I wanted to teach men how to use the weight room to their advantage. It was specifically designed to use power movements. You can also have a strength progression that includes those power moves in order to stimulate an adaptive response within your muscle tissue.

The body has more androgen receptors within certain muscle groups than other. The upper body is home to a large number of these androgen receptors for men. THOR This workout program is very specific and is designed to stimulate an adaptive hormone response in those muscle tissues that have the highest level of androgen receptors density. This means that you will increase your testosterone (which are androgens), and growth hormones (which are androgens), in those muscles with the most androgen-receptors (shoulders/arms/chest).
