What’s it based on?
Intentional Resting is based on the premise that many people’s default state has become one of stress, so much so that they often don’t even realise that they are stressed. This causes bodies and minds to be constantly alert. This can lead eventually to all sorts of problems. of Disable-Depression and arthritis can be relieved by getting better sleep.
Since starting practising Intentional Resting I’ve discovered that although I was sleeping well, I wasn’t resting After intentionally resting into sleep, I’ve woken feeling more alive, after fewer hours of sleep!
Isn’t resting the same as relaxing?
It’s not true. Relaxation is something that most people do. Many fail to attain the level of relaxation they want.
‘To rest’ French verb ‘arrêter’It is the definition of. ‘to stop’. Resting allows our bodies and minds to relax and release stress from their system. This gives them the time and space they need to heal and rebalance themselves.
Resting It takes you from being an a ‘human doing’ To a ‘human being’!

What does resting do?
Resting takes you from a stressed state to stillness (or peace / being / pure awareness). It brings you home! Many people experience resting as a way to settle into themselves.
Resting Creates space in your mind and body that allows automatic healing and rebalancing. This will restore and enliven. Many people feel refreshed after a rest.
Resting It has helped to resolve or reduce a wide variety of issues of Conditions, and is especially effective for sleep problems and fibromyalgia.
I woke up feeling refreshed, more rested and happier.. It was used to help me relax into my vulnerability, my soul, and my mind. my leg pain has disappeared , into issues I find difficult to deal with.
It’s like sneaking through the backdoor. of I will confront the issue from the front, where I’ve been and felt high.-adrenaline. The “back-door” Way is peaceful, serene and low-maintenance-stress.
This is the approach that I intuitively sought, but could not find. All other approaches I was familiar were too high.-Ones that are high in adrenaline. I feel this when I am at rest. brings us straight into pure awareness.
