The Fine Print

To be eligible for whitelisting, all Affiliates must agree:

• As an affiliate partner or JV partner, you can ‘Overnight Freedom’ have read and fully agree to follow the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing and terms listed on the Official FTC Website – http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/guides.shtm to Ensure that your promotions conform to the new guidelines.
• NO NEGATIVE MATERIAL MARKETING. Negative marketing like “This is a Scam” It is against the law to use your affiliate link to promote the product. You will lose all commissions and be banned from promoting any future products of our company.
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action if negative marketing isn’t removed immediately. We all value brand image and it is unfair to those represented.
• We will cancel your commissions if you buy the product as an affiliate.
• Your total sales, opt.-Your commissions cannot exceed the prizes in contests. You will be promoted to the next tier if you do not reach the minimum sales requirement for a prize you have won. You must convert sales at a rate that is not significantly below the average to be eligible to win any lead prize. This decision is entirely at our discretion.
• Affiliate sales must meet our requirements and be legitimate transactions. All transactions are monitored and will be automatically reviewed. Our system will flag any sales transactions that are associated with your affiliate ID or account and do not correspond to the types of qualified sales typically generated by normal traffic generation methods. This will result in a manual review of all transactions and, if necessary a review of traffic practices and sites.
• All suspicious transactions will be investigated. We reserve all rights to withhold any commissions payments until the review is complete. If any transaction is deemed suspicious, you could lose any commissions earned on them.
• Affiliates are not allowed to use any keyword-Search engine PPC (or search engine based advertising) targeting a keyword from Rob Jones, Gerry Cramer or Overnight Freedom brands.
  (For instance, you might not choose to target the keyword “Overnight Freedom” (Include this information in your PPC campaign.
• You must not give away any OUR material (for instance ebook) without our prior written consent. You may not ask for an email address to receive our ebook.
• Your review/bonus website should not be mistakenly (or intentionally) referred to as us. Using our logo on your page may be fine, but not in your header. Please contact us if in doubt.
• You are not allowed to use your affiliate link on any OUR pages (such comments section).
• Affiliates cannot promote Rob Jones’s and Gerry Cramer brands through domain names.
  For example, you may not use overnightfreedom.org because it has the term “Overnight Freedom” in it, one of our brands.

During further review you might be asked the following questions:

1. Your full name
2. Your telephone number in case we need you to be interviewed
3. Method of promotion (i.e. Email marketing, Facebook, Solo ads, Blog, etc)
4. Proof of the promotion method (snapshot of email, facebook ad or solo ad receipt. Blog display, etc.
