Stage 6: Part 1. We begin with (adding power), Cadena de Mano. Then we do some Pananjakman drills (low-line kicking) and introduce ourselves. “Baiting” Techniques for luring or catching. This level features the Dulo Dulo, a palm stick that demonstrates basic counters and drill flow.
Part 2 teaches Crank Neck exercises and Takedowns. Dulo Dulo provides counters to Hook, Hook / Cross in the second part of Flow (Dulo Dulo), and bonus material using Tactical Baton (1 h20 min) Disc Set 2.
Kali Phase Series 7Phase 7: Features a new neck lock with Coils, Stangles, Tie ups and Removals, Choke application, Panajakman Kicks and Sweeps.
