This resulted in me receiving calls from Prevention Health Books and Boardroom as well as Forbes.-level clients asking me to write for them…

…but I also heard from local members of the Newsletter Publishers Association who practically begged me to make a presentation at our chapter meeting on how to write long editorial-Copystyle

I was honored to be invited to speak, and also videotaped the presentation.

Since I was just starting out in the business, it was a new experience. I thought I could send the video along with my copywriting samples to my presentation kit.

In the end, I did not do anything with it, and I believed I had lost my tape for many years.

So I can’t tell you how excited I was to find it while remodeling my office this year. It was thrilling to see it in person!

The video reminded me of where I started, a young man with his first grand Slam under his belt and eager to share his success story with anyone who would listen.
