Although Dr. Seedman is a coach for many top athletes. However, he enjoys helping novices achieve their goals in terms of health, fitness, and performance. The program is simple and easy to follow, even for those who don’t know much about exercise or workouts. It’s also conducive for those at the intermediate stages of training looking to take their health and fitness to the next level. No matter your goals, fitness level, training experience or comfort level, this routine is suitable for you.

This Beginner Intermediate Two things are required for a good workout routine:-There are 3 days of strength training per semaine, plus several additional days of cardio and conditioning training. This program targets many components of health, fitness and performance, including fat loss and strength training, lean muscles gains, cardio conditioning and mobility, stability, as well as full body strength. The program also targets all major muscle groups including chest, back, legs and core. It is very joint friendly and can be used to treat injuries. Dr. Seedman created exercises, movements, and training programs that are very easy to use for trainees with less experience.
