Module 1
Principles of Training Rehab

Many people have complained of pain in their shoulders when they bench press. We will be discussing how to optimize and modify the bench press to reduce shoulder pain, and increase performance.
Module 4
Common Issues, Variations, Deadlift Form
Because of back pain, many people avoid deadlifting. This module will teach you how to optimize form and make adjustments based on anatomy, preference and injury history.
Module 5
Overhead lifting and shoulder health
People avoid pressing overhead because they fear it might cause pain in their shoulders or current discomfort. We will be discussing how to optimize overhead lifting, and how we can use it to promote shoulder wellness.
