Below is a brief description about the course content.
1- Anatomy & Kinesiology Splits
This course will help you master all 3 splits using the latest scientific techniques. The first lesson is an introduction.-In depth kinesiological analysis of each split: true front or open front. Side splits also available. An overview of all the techniques and modalities used during the course will be provided.
2- Splits Particular Conditioning
Correct conditioning is key to a strong and healthy body. “to listen to you”If you overdo something, you will be able recover quicker and reduce the risk of injury. For the above mentioned purposes, we will present three different difficulty levels of workouts in this second lesson. The focus is on the lower and upper bodies, but the upper body is also addressed.
3- Warm Up Splits Training
Although this may sound simple and obvious, not all warm-ups are created equal. While jumping jacks or jumprope is better than any warm up, it isn’t as efficient as split-specific warm ups. We learned a lot from this.
4- Zaichik Stretching Techniques
These techniques separate each split into the specific muscles involved in each split. Then, each one is targeted using special exercises. Lessons 3, 6, and 9, respectively, focus on each individual split.
5-Movement and Habituation Techniques
After warming up the body and stretching the muscles, it is possible to move in the new range. This allows the nervous system and neuromuscular system to accept the new position and make it comfortable.
6- Reciprocal inhibition and Alternating contract release
These techniques fool the mechanisms to prevent stretching and allow the joints angles to open up. A 17-This lesson is a minute long and includes over 10 exercises.
7- Specialized Strength Exercises: Antagonist Short Length Conditioning, Extended Length Conditioning, and Peripheral Conditioning
These exercises build strength for the various muscles involved in the splits. They may contract in either short, long, or neutral ranges depending on where they are located. These exercises increase flexibility and speed up progress to deeper ranges. These exercises allow you to reach deeper ranges. Lessons 4, 7, and 10 are the strength techniques to perform each split.
8- Sample Lessons
9 lessons were recorded, 3 each for each split. These lessons are designed to show you how the techniques can be used in real-life situations with people of different skill levels and backgrounds.
9- Relaxed Stretching and Cool Down Routines
It is not recommended to try and increase flexibility daily. Zaichik Stretching techniques, and other techniques that increase flexibility, should not be used 7 days a week. To speed up recovery and cool down, it is important to do relaxed stretches. This will help you to select from three difficulty levels.
