Our Series 3 and 4, Namaste Yoga Legacy Collection emphasizes core alignment, balance and harmony. It is all about cultivating space, strength, stillness, and the ability to achieve your ideal expressions of tadasana (mountain poses). Mountain Pose is the foundation of all other yoga poses and helps to achieve better alignment in all areas. These 26 classes will make you feel challenged, energized, and centered. They will also increase flexibility and grace in all your movements.

Series 3 and 4, consist of 26 x 22-minute classes that were originally made for television. Each class includes a warm-up, main sequence, then a cool down. You can choose to follow the classes in any order they become more difficult, or you could jump around and find your favourites. You can practice them in any order or combination. We like to mix several sequences together for extended practice on days when we have more time.
