Each presentation focuses on a theoretical framework and a program design framework. The 19 courses include 14 practical sessions, which cover more than 215 movements. Each practical is filmed from a coach’s perspective and emphasizes instruction, demonstration, error identification, error correction, and specific cueing.
The curriculum was designed to maximize learning and the application of the information. To facilitate navigation, all course videos have been divided with great detail. After all the courses in the curriculum have been completed the exam will become available. The exam contains 150 multiple-choice questions. They are based upon the 22 lectures in the curriculum. Your purchase includes two opportunities to pass with a passing grade of 80% or more.
Successful completion of the exam will result in you being an EXOS Performance Specialist You will receive a certificate of completion.
