Overview
About the Recapitulation Course
Recapitulation This is a method of breathing that helps to release emotions, energy, and negative thoughts stored in your memory. This is a way to let go of emotional baggage that you have accumulated in the past. You will be able to access emotional memories in your past, let go of their energy, and create new neural pathways that allow your mind to function better.
When one or both of these criteria is met, I recommend the use of recapitulation techniques:
1) You can develop your ability as an observer of your thoughts and emotions. You can do this by taking the Self Mastery course and practicing the exercises.
2) You realize that there are many memories you still have unresolved emotional issues. These could be past spouses, siblings, parents, school, childhood or even intimate partners. Recapitulation is a process that allows you to let go of emotional energy stored in your memories.Through Recapitulation These practices can help you reduce negative self talk and emotional reactions. You will find that you have a lot of personal power in these emotional memories, which can help you change your habits and behavior.

Recapitulation is a process that alters the past memories. Recalling memories in a certain way can affect the activation and alter the emotions associated with them.
Memory is a network of neuron patterns that fire in the brain. Science has proven that memories can change over time. While neural patterns that relate to a memory may change over time, they are not fixed. With Recapitulation You can consciously alter the neural pattern of your memory to remove emotion, change perspective and even change beliefs.
A good example of how memories can change is when embarrassing events turn into funny things that you later laugh about. Forgiving someone is another example. It is possible to change your feelings about an incident and the person involved, as well as how that person interprets it. A painful experience or person becomes something you can live with. You can be at peace with the following: Recapitulation These types of changes can be achieved by the process. These types of changes are achieved by the Recapitulation This process allows you to release the emotion from memories you have.
