The Three Elements Physical Autonomy
If you’ve ever watched a talented athlete and envied their abilities, you know it’s a combination of factors that leads to that kind of performance. You can get bogged down in focusing on a single piece of the puzzle when you begin training.
Sometimes, it’s the quest for maximal strength. Others, it’s the strict adherence to a system of skill progressions that lead towards a particular goal. Either way, you’ll eventually get stuck unless you address the right combination of abilities.
The truth is that any skill you may want to do with your body is made up of three components: Strength, flexibility, motor control.
Strength

Control is your ability to direct your body’s capabilities and have it respond like a finely-Tuned machine to your requirements and wishes

Step 1: Evaluate Your Abilities
During Weeks 1 & 2, you’ll learn the basic movement patterns while testing your current levels of strength, flexibility, and control.
Weeks 3-6
Step 2: Address your weaknesses
Weeks 3-6 will give you specific movement variations, transitions, circuit training, and circuit training in order to strengthen your weakest connections as much as possible.
Weeks 7 & 8
Step 3 – Apply your Skills
Weeks 7 & 8 will challenge and refine your abilities, as you complete the program using all the flows, circuits, and variations.
The AAA Framework is simple, but it’s not hard to understand. It looks like it is very simple. “common sense,” but once you spend time looking at how most people train, you’ll see it’s anything but. Many programs are based upon generalized assumptions about how you should practice.
Since weaknesses are never identified, they can’t be adequately addressed in the training. Instead, you practice exercises and skills that the trainer is naturally good at. It’s truly a case of “guru knows best,” This only works for people with the same natural abilities.
We designed Elements Three core moves are required to give your body the physical attributes it needs to be stronger, more flexible, and more able to move in any situation with absolute freedom and fluidity.
The 3 Core Movement Patterns
“Animal movements” These are common in martial arts and dance of nearly every culture. Though there are thousands of variations, we’ve selected three that provide a solid base for almost any skill.
The Bear Strengthens stability and strength through the arms, shoulders and upper body while stretching the hamstrings. You’ll get familiar with several variations that emphasize strength and control in different areas.
The Monkey A deep lateral move that opens hips via repeated squat transitions. As you build balance and control, you’ll find your legs can reach upward, forming the basis for cartwheels and other tumbling skills.
The Frogger It also includes squat-It’s more intensive and puts more pressure on the shoulders, arms, and chest. Your trunk becomes stronger and your hips can lift higher for handstands or other inverted skills.
I tried the home-based programs everyone knows about and was bored to tears. Crossfit was an option that I tried, and it took up most of my free time.
But I did Elements, and it was the first program I’d ever in my life just gone start to finish. I felt myself getting stronger. My back pain began to disappear. My squat became more stable. I was able to feel more flexible without having to do any work. It’s magic. The movements are tough, but they don’t feel as tough as they should be for the gains that you get, if that makes sense, because it’s so much more fun.
When my children are home, I say, “Let’s do some exercises.” It doesn’t matter where you live or who you are.

After years of powerlifting, my neck and shoulders hurt. Since I can remember, my hips, hamstrings and calves felt tight. I also had poor mobility in my shoulders and upper back. I wanted to improve mobility and body control as well as lay the foundation for higher-level skills. I wanted to be the master of my body.

What equipment do you need?
It is Elements A good program for women?
Absolutely. This program is for men and women alike. We’ve had loads of badass ladies go through Elements The program has helped them feel and move better.
Am I too old? Are you too fat? Too inexperienced?
Most likely not. Elements This is the most accessible program, regardless of age or fitness level. Each exercise is clearly broken down and explained at multiple difficulty levels.
Can I combine Elements With other training programs?
If you’ve been training consistently for at least a year, you can add Elements Reduce the amount of training you do. If you’re starting out, please just pick one.
Can I build muscle?
Yes, but don’t expect to get “jacked” With Elements. You may notice bigger arms and shoulders, but you’ll feel stronger all over.
What are my next steps?
Elements The focus is on the monkey, bear, and frogger movements. However, there are many variations of each tying into moves like cartwheels or handstands.
How long does it take to complete the workouts?
It depends on the day, but you won’t need to spend more than 45 minutes on any session unless you’re just having too much fun to stop.
What will this do for me in (my sport)?
Elements It helps you to strengthen your weaknesses and increases your agility. This will make it easier for you to perform better in all of your physical activities.
Reflexive strength and coordination between the hips and shoulders are my favorite benefits from bear crawling. It can be a very intense exercise for endurance, or a lower intensity one for flexibility/mobility and lengthening the muscles.
Monkey and Frogger make my hips work harder, forcing them into a deeper squat that I feel gives me more flexibility and motion. It has strengthened my upper body, which has made it easier for me to do other movements like handstands.
I find these movements are very useful for my daily activities.
