We save you the hassle of choosing which skills to practice each morning. Each tutorial demonstrates how to do each movement at your level so that your practice is always relevant to your abilities.
2. Do it every day
Turn off the video and start moving. Whether it’s five minutes or twenty, spend the time you have available moving your body with full, mindful attention to how each motion feels and what you can do to control it in finer detail.
3. Reflect and share
Writing down your experiences helps you to understand and benefit from each practice session. That’s why we encourage you to post each day in our private Facebook group. You can also get support and guidance from our coaches.

What will it mean for my other training?
This course was designed to work with any program you may be following. This course can be added to any warm.-You can either take up the sport or you can just practice it as an independent activity. “skill” session. It’s completely flexible.
What skills will you learn?
Vitamin There are many skills that can be taught, including hand balancing, locomotion and tumbling. But the goal isn’t to master any particular skill, so we like to keep each day a surprise so you can stay curious and enjoy each day.
How long does it take?
You’ll get the most out of this course if you can spend at least 30 minutes on your daily practice. But we know you’re busy, and some days that might be tough. You can use whatever time you have. Even a 10 minute time limit is better than none.
What if I can’t do some of the movements?
That is what we fully anticipate. Some of them can be difficult. Some of them will be hard. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, so we’ve got variations to make any movement easier or more difficult, depending on your needs.
Is this enough time?
Only you have what time you have. Your results will reflect how much effort you put into each movement. If you have 45 minutes, that’s great. But if all you have is 10, it’s certainly better than zero, isn’t it?
Do I really need equipment?
You won’t need any exercise equipment at all. A computer with a video output device and an internet connection are required. Other than that, you will need to wear comfortable clothes and smile.
What happens if I don’t make it to work on time?
You will. Life happens, and that’s OK. We’ve planned for that with a catch-Each week you can add one day. You can always come back later if you’re unable to attend. You’ll get lifetime access to everything, so there’s no pressure.
How is this different than Elements?
Elements is an introductory program that explores 3 core locomotor patterns. Vitamin Motor control is specifically addressed by this program. It allows you to perform more movements and not feel pressured to master them all.
What happens after the four weeks have expired?
We’ll hold hands and sing Kumbaya. Just kidding. Many people choose to go back and repeat the process again because they have lifetime access. You’ll know what’s right for you when the time comes.
Can’t I just learn this from YouTube?
YouTube is great for finding skill tutorials, but it’s terrible for focus. This practice is built on the idea that instead of searching through the entire internet, you simply show up and do the one thing we’ve prepared for you
I was determined to build a foundation of strength and functional integrity. I also knew that it was time for me to learn from the great people I met. GMB. They had a great perspective and real talent. Vitamin Really excelled in breaking down complicated moves into very simple beginning forms. I enjoy doing bear crawls in many different ways.
