A person’s ability to perform a movement doesn’t mean they can teach it.
Sadly, the vast majority of people demonstrating impressive movement skills don’t have any idea how the learning process works.
The mechanics of each movement are the focus of most tutorials for doing a back flip or handstand. They also know that spells are difficult. ‘cat’ with a C, an A, and a T, but they don’t offer much insight on learning how to draw the shapes of each letter.
They tell you what to do at the end but neglect the how.
Floor Two combines the physical attributes developed by traditional fitness training and the motor control to actually perform the movements that make up each skill.
PROGRAM THAT GROWS WITH You
Unlike some programs that give you a single workout to repeat forever, GMB recognizes that you’ll require different strategies as your strength and skills develop. That’s why Floor You will be able to continue your progress by completing two of the four program phases. Each phase builds on the one before.
1. Attribute development
F2 starts with the fundamental movements that are the foundation of advanced skills. We’ll show the exact technical details you need to make rapid gains in strength and motor control.
3. Acquisition by Flow
With the basic combinations in place, you’ll practice mini-You can improve your balance and control by following a series of routines.

Next, you’ll work on transitioning smoothly and fluidly between the movements you learned in the first training phase to build combinations and more complex skills.
