Actually, I created a program for cardio, abs, and mobility. It was created to help me lose fat more effectively. I wanted to improve my conditioning and build my abs. This program is extremely effective.

Problem is, I have done a lot cardio in the past. This made it difficult to lean down because it made me hungrier and made me want to eat even more. I found it difficult to adhere to my diet.
When creating this program, I was looking for a cardio training strategy that wouldn’t hinder my strength development or increase my hunger. A program that integrates ab training allows you to work out on rest days. It’s rare to experience any neural fatigue. I wanted an ab program that would sharpen my abdominals, without causing back pain. A lot of ab workouts cause back pain, they’re horrible for posture so I created the cardio abs & mobility program.
This is a great way to boost your results on your OFF days. This is a great way to get more out of your workouts, to lose fat faster, to have amazing abs, and all that stuff.
How do I use it?
I do both. After a few months, I will only do 3 workouts per week. Then I may like to tighten up and add some cardio ab mobility exercises if I need faster results.
