When I created the Greek Goddess The goal was to achieve the ideal amount of size. For arms that are strong and toned, you need to get a good tone in your upper body. They aren’t flabby. It was all about lower body exercises that hit the glutes hard. Without increasing your leg size, you can add definition and shape to your legs.
For the perfect butt, you need to build your butt just enough. It’s about making it enjoyable and sustainable. It’s about more than building an incredible body.

It allows them to enjoy the journey without following all the dogmatic rules. “Oh, I can’t have carbs again. I can’t have chocolate again.” It is possible to fit into whatever clothes you like. If you have a variety of diet options, you can still eat delicious meals.
Women and men often feel hungry if they eat breakfast first thing in the AM. It can make it hard for them to keep to their diet. Because cortisol in the morning is very high. Cortisol and insulin are both elevated in the morning, which causes blood sugar to drop.
It’s easy to lose weight when you teach women how to intermittent fast. A girl doesn’t need to eat as much food. You don’t have the same food options as your boyfriend, husband, or male friends. They are larger than you, let’s face it.
If you follow the dogmatic advice of eating every two or three hours, then you will only be able to eat small portions. It will be a very miserable and draining experience. It’s easier to eat less than three meals per day when you evolve.
It is easy to build a goddess body after completing the workouts. The process is enjoyable.
