Wil is an expert in being a more explosive athlete and a coach for sports performance. His years of experience in coaching and training athletes in multiple sports has given him a wealth of knowledge. His athletes are the best on the field, being the most explosive, fast, and strong. He is also the most muscular and medium-sized man you will ever meet, with some very impressive numbers both on the platform as well as in the weight area.
Wil is the owner and operator of Force Fitness and Performance and Athletic Revolution Bloomington in Bloomington. Force Fitness, which trains hundreds of athletes annually, is one of the most popular training centers in the Midwest. Over 100 of his athletes have been awarded Division I scholarships, while hundreds more have gone on to compete at NCAA level in Division I II, III.
Wil is a highly sought-after speaker on topics related to power development, speed and strength training of athletes.
Mike Robertson
Mike is the President and co-owner of Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training, (I-FAST), in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mike is a renowned performance coach who has helped clients and athletes of all walks of life to achieve their goals in terms of physique and performance.
Mike earned his Masters in Sports Biomechanics from Ball State University. His position as graduate assistant was in the Biomechanics Lab division of the Human Performance Lab. Mike worked in the Biomechanics Lab, which is a division of the Human Performance Lab. He was responsible for creating an online exercise database and assisting with research on strength and muscle development. He also helped to establish the strength diagnosis clinic. Mike was drawn to the athletic weightroom, where he worked nearly 1400 hours as an assistant strength coach.
Mike is a powerlifting coach and an accomplished athlete. He has coached several National champions in the Collegiate ranks, and as an assistant coach for the 2004 USA World Bench Press Team, Mike helped the team clinch a second and first place finish for the Men’s and Women’s teams, respectively.
Mike was awarded the International Youth Award 2009 Conditioning Association when he was elected to their Advisory Board
Eric Cressey
Eric Cressey MACSCS is co-founder and president of Cressey Performance. They have facilities in Hudson MA and Jupiter FL. Behind Eric’s expertise, Cressey Performance has rapidly established itself as a go-to high-performance facility among Boston athletes. Athletes regularly travel across the country to experience CP’s cutting-edge methods.
Eric works with many athletes, from youth sports to professional and Olympic level, but his most notable accomplishments are with baseball players at all levels. He has been able to improve throwing velocity, bat speed and sprinting speed while reducing injury rates. Cressey Performance sees hundreds of baseball players every year, and Eric has worked with professional athletes from every major league organization.
Cressey received his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science through the University of Connecticut Department of Kinesiology. Eric has been invited to speak all over the globe as a guest speaker. Cressey is the author or co-author of more than 200 articles and four books. He also co-created many DVD sets and informational products. He maintains a weekly newsletter, and a daily blog.
