You’ll also be invited to a Live Monthly Q & A Call where Rachel will answer specific questions for You will receive additional poses and sequences to help you expand your Yoga practice. These calls can be recorded and accessed via the private group, if you are not able to attend live.

This course can be taken at your own pace. Many students will continue with Module 1 and address their back discomfort. They then move on to Module 2, as they feel ready.
What You Will Need…
Two matching Yoga Blocks 4″ x 6″. These blocks can be either cork or foam. You will feel more at ease with lighter foam blocks if you have bone sensitivity issues such as osteoporosis, osteopenia, etc .
The Quick-Release Yoga Strap is available in any color you choose, but the belt must be THIS one. It is very safe for weight-bearing.

You can use blankets/towels to change your position as you need.

When does the course commence and end?
As long as your annual membership is active, the course will continue. You’ll be able to access the entire course in 5 weeks over the course of a year. This allows you to go at your own pace. You must be enrolled in an active yearly membership to access the course content.
What time do I have to access the course?
