Steve Andreas: Resolving Anxiety You can quickly change its unconscious auditory or kinesthetic process elements.
As with most problems that make people seek therapy, anxiety is caused by unconscious processes. Most treatments are effective despite this. for Anxiety involves confronting old fears, exploring past memories, and arguing with your internal voices. We can make quick changes to anxiety by tapping into the inner unconscious auditory or kinesthetic processes that occur in anxiety. This process is yours. “go to” You can quickly help your clients to get rid of anxiety by using the process, a recipe.
You will learn the following:
Simple, fast, and easy steps-By-step process that will dramatically change your client’s anxiety for The better (a huge promise, I know but it works).
This is how to get the nonverbal sensory details from the inner voice that elicits the feeling. It can stop anxiety reactions from starting
How to get people to change “cascade of kinesthetic feelings” This is the hallmark anxiety response (and without it, the anxiety would not exist in detail).
You can help your client identify the specific path anxiety takes through their body (or experience it if you prefer), so that they can alter the path to reduce or eliminate anxiety.
Two full demonstrations will be shown of the anxiety-You can eliminate the process so you understand it and can share it with clients immediately.
Avoid the common mistakes made by psychotherapeutic methods that can make anxiety changes hard (or impossible).

Dr. Dan Short
Dan Short, PhD – Hypnosis as a Treatment Anxiety Within the Context of Problem Solving Therapy
Anxiety A disorder of anticipation and fear. It’s a disorder of anticipation and dread that can be avoided by doing fewer tasks and thinking fewer thoughts. It results in a decrease in the possibilities.
Hypnosis is used to induce relaxation, ease of breathing, and a sense of security or safety. Anxiety is characterised by tension, restlessness, shortness of breath, and is often characterized as anxiety. Although hypnosis can provide temporary relief, it doesn’t address the root problem. Therapy may be used as a way to avoid certain problems. Although it can be helpful to teach clients how to use their own bodies,-You can use hypnosis to reach similar levels of relaxation at home, but there are many other options.
Instead of aiming for symptom removal, Ericksonian- derived problem solving therapy aims to add a greater sense of ability, purpose, and happiness to the client’s life. The goal of Ericksonian problem solving therapy is to empower anxious clients to take on the challenges in their lives and not avoid them. The therapeutic challenges created by Hypnosis reveal previously unknown capabilities. This focuses the client’s attention on what he or she can do. The client will eventually come to appreciate the possibility and increase his sense of ability. for Growth is possible with every problem. This conference will feature two presentations by Dan Short. One includes a demonstration of hypnosis and the other is a recording.-Set up a coaching call.
What you will learn is:
Conscious mind strategies are limited for anxiety and how to help expand your client’s self of sense so that anxiety diminishes.
Methods to tap into unconscious resources such as dreams, intutions, hunches, and laughter.
How to plan and organize your sessions in order to provide the best service to your clients long-term.
What diagnostic categories are most useful and what they aren’t (plus the critical skill of using each client’s uniqueness to effect change).
Dan’s personal evolution as a therapist and Ericksonian (and how it might help you evolve)

His most recent book, Transformational Relationships, is out. Dr. Short was a faculty member. for Since 1996, the Ericksonian Congresses. Dr. Short is a private practitioner in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Global High Intensity Activity. What do Somatic Experiencing Practitioners call it? “Anxiety”
Irene Lyon MSC, Global High Intensity Activation. What Do Somatic Experiencing Practitioners Say? “Anxiety”
Are you ever able to hear what your clients have to say?
“One moment I’m fine, but then the next my heart is racing and I’m so scared full of anxiety, panic and fear, even though I’m theoretically ‘safe’ – it just doesn’t make sense!?”
If this is a common occurrence in your practice, then it’s important to understand, from a physiological, survival and central nervous system level, what could possibility be sending a person into such high arousal, when there’s no immediate threat or stressor present.
Peter Levine’s groundbreaking work, founder of Somatic Experiencing identifies people with intense fear and anxiety living with Global High Intensity Activation.
GHIA is a system that allows individuals to experience their own experiences.-Regulate (self)-Their nervous system is soothed with ease. They live in a high level of control and low levels of resilience, which can lead to less than optimal living conditions. for Living life to the fullest.
These clients are often unable to recognize stimuli in the external environment and their own bodily sensations. Both frightening and bad.
GHIA can have many causes. However, in addition to being raised in an environment that was unsafe and where threat and helplessness were the norm, there are events such as pre- or perinatal depression.-A general fear factor is also present in natal trauma. This includes fetal distress, early surgery, birth trauma, and high fevers. Choking, suffocation and drowning are all possible causes. ‘near-death’ This imprints the organism until nervous system regulation can again be reinstituted-establish.
What you will learn is:
Basic survival instincts of fight, flight and freeze, as well as the consequences of them getting stuck “ON” for too long.
What titration and pendulation is, and why it’s an essential first step in working with GHIA.
The promising new field of study at the kidney/adrenal interfacing is why it’s showing promising results for The restoration of nervous systems regulation.
It is important to recognize defensive capabilities-Your clients should be able to orient their responses so that you are aware of the procedural memories they are trying to delete.-Get involved and you will find fulfillment.
When working with these clients, we must teach them how to contain their experiences as well as work towards establishing physiological safety – a difficult but essential task, especially since the hallmark of this global intensity is that safety, most likely, never existed.
Irene Lyon, MSC. She is a neuroplasticity specialist and therapeutic coach. Her goal is to help people transform their lives, their businesses, and their lives. She is an expert in mind.-Two degrees are held in exercise and biomedical sciences.
