When I tried to understand his blog posts and videos, the information was confusing. This page is the result of my efforts to make sense of the content that he offers so I could put it into practice. It is my hope that it will help you MOVE.

Final words: Ido Portal is an inspiration like no other, not only because his movement quality is impeccable and I could only dream of moving as good as him, but because he’s been inspiring thousands upon thousands of people to MOVE, get more MOBILE and STRONG in very practical ways.
