Hi. I’m Tom. CEO and Co-Find out how you can become a founder Impact Theory. In a moment, I’ll tell you a little bit more about who I am.

First, let me share how I got here.

I was 12 years old when I began my first job in a manufacturing plant that made doors. My first job was at age 12 in a door factory. I would spend an hour more cleaning the lacquer off my skin. Unfortunately, I wasn’t getting paid for this overtime.

I then worked in a paint factory where I’d climb inside huge vats and scrub them clean with industrial solvent and a brush so big you’d think it was made to clean a spacecraft. Still to this day, there is a part of me that worries what breathing in those fumes did to me… I’d like to think that it made me more creative.

I was in a gun range when I almost lost my right leg to an idiot who fired his shotgun way too close for their comfort. If Lady Luck wasn’t on my side that day, I’d still be picking buckshot out of my ass.

Two men offered me a job in their company as copywriters. We became co-authors after this.-Authors.-Quest Nutrition was founded a few years later than the original company’s founding. You may have heard of our company. Quest Bars are deliciously nutritious and deliciously delicious.

We transformed Quest from an idea to a billion.-Dollar business that generates hundreds and millions of dollars in revenue each year. Scaling your brand is essential if you want to grow it quickly and on a large scale.

Impact Theory University Is it a way of life?-breathing library of mindset and business lessons, strategies and frameworks learned scrubbing vats, dodging buckshot, and, eventually, scaling both Quest and myself; lessons, strategies, and frameworks that I still use today as I’m building Impact TheoryBrick, brick by brick: Build a multi-purpose building-level building-Multimillions-Dollar business has created a social network with over 6,000,000 people, and more than 400 million video views across all platforms.

Running is not just about money. Impact Theory is the happiest and most successful I’ve ever felt. It has taught me that money isn’t everything. Success is about how you feel inside.

I feel strange that my work in the factory door factory is complete. I’m still creating doors. But, this time around, I’m creating them to be opened by people like you.
