The OPT CCP program design module 1 module requires the completion of the assessment level 1 course. The assessment course will teach you the importance of client assessment. This includes the use of OPT Summation Scoring Systems to assess and screen clients and athletes. Participants will also learn how to use the OPT Summation Scoring System to assess structural balance and work ability testing. This will help you determine the best way to analyze a client to plan, program, and periodize long-term athletic development.

The Program Design module Optimum Performance Training:
After completing the level 1 assessment course the program design course will show you how to use the data you have gathered from the assessment to create and plan safe and effective training programs tailored to your clients’ needs. Participants will gain a deep understanding of energy systems and be able combine them into a program. They will also have the ability to use different training tools to create skill-based or intensity-based sessions. The three main concepts that we teach are planning, prioritizing and periodizing. This will allow participants to improve their randomized training programs and allow them to coach with true progress.
