This two-part online course will be offered in live mode starting at 10:00 am on January 17, 24, and 25.-12:30pm EST. Both classes are included in this price.

Jamie We will discuss how to cleanse your personal and professional energy. The energetic cleansing will prepare the space where you will be working on a daily basis. Together, we will cover the basics and benefits of energy. Many questions will be answered, such as: What is an energetic system? What role can Chakras play for me? How do I see the subtle light body and how can I help it? How can my thoughts aid or hinder my progress?

You can also learn breathing techniques and light exercises that will improve your psychic abilities. Jamie This course will guide you through guided meditations that allow you to meet your spirit guides. It also teaches you how to communicate with your guides and loved ones (including your pets) in clairvoyant and clairaudient ways.
