– Movement skills

Three Positions of Guard Retention In Jiu Jitsu
This series will be focused on three main positions where we must fight for the guard’s retention. You can get a deeper understanding of the heuristic systems by combining them all. Danaher At the highest level of competition, athletes use. These are the positions:
