In this lesson, I’ll show you exactly how I organize my courses. It’s the exact same structure I teach all my clients as well. This lesson is about how to actually teach your course.
Jon Penbethy – Digital Course Academy
Here’s what’s included in the Program:
Lesson 1 – Welcome and Introduction
A deep dive into how I’ve been able to generate over $6 million in online course sales. If you want to be successful, these are the things you need to do. Learn how to create a digital course designed to scale to 6 and 7 figures, without any hassles.
Also, I cover why your ads and sales funnel are meaningless if you don’t package and position your course properly using my. ‘3 tier structure’.
Lesson 2 – How to Approach Your Problems Course
How to approach your course with clarity, certainty and focus on the things that will propel you forward.
You can also add certain things to your courses to make sure that customers are happy with the training. This lesson will cover all of this.
Lesson 3: Bringing Your Idea to Life
Most people are STUCK in the ‘idea’ phase. Perhaps that’s you? You are aware that you have the knowledge, skills and expertise that will make you a valuable resource. You know that what you have can help people and you’d love to be able to sell a course teaching what’s in your head, but… it remains an idea.
There are many ways to create a course. Is it even possible to sell it? It would be a good idea to sell it. What should I do to teach it? How long should the course last? What tools are available?

The list is endless.
We will show you how to make your ideas come to life.
Lesson 4 – Structuring Your Course Content
This lesson will show you how I structure my courses. It’s the exact same structure I teach all my clients as well. This lesson is about how to actually teach your course.
How many lessons do I need? How many modules are required? Do I prefer PDFs or video? How can I record the lessons etc. There is a very specific way that you should plan, prepare and teach your course content and I’ll show you the entire thing.
We also discuss naming your course and naming your modules to make sure your customers actually use your program, not just save it.
Lesson 5: Structuring the Offer
This lesson is about HOW TO SELL YOUR CLASSES. This is something that many people do wrong, and it can kill sales. You can’t just tell people about your course and expect them to buy it, that’s lazy. You also don’t want to go into brain-numbing detail about what’s included, that’ll actually turn them off.
Position your course as an offering. It doesn’t matter if it is a generic offer. You need something that makes people feel irresistible. The kind of irresistible that has people throwing any money they have at the laptop screen and they’re not even sure why.
That’s an ‘offer’ and that’s the feeling that I’m going to teach you to create. This skill alone will be worth 10x what you invest in the whole. Digital Course Academy Program and you will be selling your course like hotcakes.
Lesson 6 – Structuring Your Offer Part 2
This section is so important that I had to split it into two parts. Part 1 (below) explains how to position an offer that is irresistible, and how to trigger the buying instincts in potential customers’ minds. Part 2 explains the details and the steps that you should take.
Part 2 will teach you how. ‘perfect price’ to charge for your industry, as well as what I like to call ’no mans land’ (the pricing you should avoid at all costs). We also cover how to describe the offer and how we can convince uninformed customers to accept it. You will find the exact same bonuses that I’ve found to work every time, in any industry.
Lesson 7: The Layout for the Members’ Area
It might seem tedious but keep going! This is crucial for the success of your course. Otherwise, the entire process could fall apart.
Every action you take on the login screen should have a purpose. Everything you do on the login screen should have a purpose. This includes the welcome video, course structure, number of tabs, display layouts, and course content.
Surprisingly I’ve found that less is more and simplicity wins. I’ll show you introduction lessons you NEED to have inside your members area and the critical mistakes to AVOID.
Lesson 8: Testimonials (The Secret Weapon).
You’ve seen testimonials being used to sell courses right?
You can even find a few of them down here to help you decide to purchase this course. Well, what’s interesting is just how well they work. Here’s an example of how I doubled my sales on one course by adding the right testimonials onto the right pages.
It is obvious that testimonials should be from actual students. And everyone starts somewhere, so there may not be any right now. Do not worry! This module will show you how to make sure your students implement your training. It also shows how to collect success stories and how to use them to sell more.
Lesson 9 – Your Affiliate Army
I have earned close to $500k in sales that didn’t require me to lift a finger. I didn’t have to run any ads, build any audiences, post any content… nothing. I had affiliates promoting my courses for me. It’s literally FREE money!
Selling an online course should have the goal of building an army. You have no hard costs, the deliverables are all digital, so it’s very easy to recruit affiliates who can’t wait to sell your course for you an earn an attractive commission.
This module will explain everything you need to know in order to be an affiliate. What type of commission you should offer, how to locate affiliates, and what network to use.
