I have to say, selling real estate is something I’ve always loved and had a passion for. My high school math class was where I made my first million-dollar deal.
Since starting about 10 years ago… I’ve sold over $1.5 billion dollars worth of real estate.

It’s true that I was fortunate to have grown up in luxury real estate. It’s what I was surrounded by. It was clear to me that it was more profitable early in my career of 10 years to work with luxury, high-end real estate. You could make half as much money in half the time and do half the work.
In other words, I learned early on that instead of working hard to sell a $300,000 house and make a $10,000 commission…the same effort and steps could sell a 4 or 10 million dollar house
And I’d Make $50,000 to $100,000+ Instead of $10,000!
It made sense to me early on to move higher in prices so that I could make more money in a shorter time. It was always more sensible to concentrate on homes that were listed and sold for between $4 million and $5 million.
It used the exact same steps to get leads, find buyers and get listings.
Multipliers were no different.-Million-dollar homes, as opposed to $400,000 houses. Friends told me how hard it was to sell a $200,000 house. Selling $200,000 homes was almost as hard, if it wasn’t more, than selling a million dollar home.
After all, you reach your income goals and provide more for your family when you’re earning $50,000 in commissions, instead of typical $5,000 to $10,000 most Realtors get.
I was struck by the difficulty of some Realtors in obtaining clients. Instead, I focused my attention on smaller homes.
They were always so busy, and sure, when you’re making just $5,000 or so in commissions when selling a $200,000 home… you gotta sell a ton of them to make a halfway decent living.
That’s when it struck me that this entire real estate game really boiled down to one thing: Your confidence and mindset Since then, I’ve always had this one saying I keep in my mind, over and over…
Why Not Be the Best?
Seriously, and I’m asking you that too. You don’t have to settle for anything less than the very best. You deserve the best.
Wouldn’t you rather make $30,000 to $50,000 with a single commission, instead of $5,000 to $10,000? This way, even if your home sales are only 10 per year, you will still be able to make a profit. you’ve made half a million dollars.
When selling $400,000 homes… it takes you 20, 30, even 40 sales to make as much. I’m a high numbers broker and it’s why I earned the reputation for being the best in Beverly Hills.
In average, I make 2-3 Multi-Million-dollar sales per month and 5-7 listings at once Average selling price of my homes is $4 million to $5 Million
There are about ten homes sold for more than $10,000,000 each year. I have two to three big ones. I make a lot of money with very little time!
I also had more time to spend with my family, more time for myself, and less stress. I still made 10x the income and spent a fraction the time that the frazzled Realtors did.
I’ve always wondered why most real estate agents have this fear that somehow THEY (luxury clients) are different than the standard $250k-$400k priced clients in the same area.
Well, instead of just wondering, I took matters into my own hands and I’ll show you how I helped realtors make that shift… one that realtors need to take in order to easily transition to higher end clients, so you’re listing homes and selling million dollar homes. These steps are almost the same as those for selling a $300,000.

But that’s simply not the case. I’ve found that some of the smartest, hardest working agents make the least amount of money. That’s what made me realize that your level of skill as a real estate agent…

I began to study the highest-earning realtors who earned between $30,000 and $50,000 as I explored my fascination with them.
I wanted to know what they were doing differently from struggling realtors. I began looking at the actions of agents who earned more than a half million dollars annually in commissions.
What I discovered was quite surprising.
I discovered that the highest-earning agents in the luxury real estate market supported the same philosophy as I did all those years of making million-dollar deals. The same mindset was held by the elite of the luxury realty market.
The realtors who were struggling and barely getting by with $5,000 per month commissions… they simply hadn’t made that shift. This one shift was all I needed to build a business. 6, 7, and even 8 figure businessesYou can work half as much as you do while being just as productive.
What I did was help struggling Realtors make one change in their businesses.
