First things first. Let me share with you my business before I began to hire employees.
To escape the 9 I began publishing.-To-5 rat-race. My first goal was to sell $10k through publishing. This goal was achieved in August 2019!
The sad truth is that I was working harder than ever. Even though I was at home 24/7, I had less time for my wife than ever.
I was always working IN my publishing business.

Passive is not the only option-When I first started publishing, I was imagining the kind of income that I would have. So I decided that I would outsource more.
To continue, here’s why most publishers’ outsourcing strategy (if you can even call it a strategy) just doesn’t work.
They spend five minutes on Post a job on Upwork “virtual assistant” Hire the person who replies. They hope this person will grow their publishing company. on autopilot. Although it sounds very appealing, it doesn’t actually work in reality.

Moreover, they have little to no experience in multitasking.-Millions of companies have a work routine, structure, system, and procedures. You will have to do a lot more work at the beginning.
So I chose to do the longer-lasting, more sustainable option.-Term route is more flexible and easy to scale.
This took some extra time at the beginning. After a few days, however, it was boring and exhausting.-I had already taken care of the draining tasks.
The tasks were also more predictable and precise than ever before.
Things started to move and grow after a while. on autopilot.
My publishing company had employees, which allowed me to do other things. So I created a course for others.-Publishers, so they too can do the exact same.
