Tara Delaney, M.S., O.T.R./L, She is a pediatric occupational therapist and has been working with children for over a decade. BabySteps was founded by her in 1998 in order to offer direct, consultative, and evaluative treatment services in schools as well as private settings. BabySteps was recently renamed Steps Therapy in recognition of the increased number of clients it serves. Tara is Steps Therapy Inc.’s Executive director. She is a specialist in sensory integration, ADHD, learning disabilities, and autism. Schools often commission her to collaborate with early education teachers in order to create a better learning environment. Tara developed the Making Senseory® series to highlight how the nervous system’s processing of sensory information is a crucial foundation for academic and social success. Tara is a regular speaker at national and international seminars on sensory integration, child developmental, and behavioral issues. Her book is available here. Heather Dukes-Murray, PhD, Daily Behavioral Health is a licensed clinical psychologist. She is an expert in diagnosing and treating autism. Dr. Dukes-Murray leads social skill groups for adolescents and children with autism spectrum disorder, social pragmatic communications disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and other related disorders.-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and anxiety disorders. Her experience includes treating adolescents and children with anxiety disorders, mood problems, and mental health issues related to trauma exposure. Dr. Dukes-Murray uses evidence to provide effective treatment strategies.-Based practices, clinical expertise and parental input. She excels in communicating complex information to audiences of all backgrounds and expertise. Dr. Dukes-Murray obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, in Counseling Psychology in 2011.

Kathy Morris, M.Ed., B.S.She has more than 42 years of experience working alongside children and adolescents with severe behavioral challenges, such as autism, ADHD, executive dysfunction, and ADHD. She has worked with many professionals, including educators, counselors as well as speech pathologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and other medical professionals around the globe.
Kathy A speech therapist and teacher for self.-Included programs, resource teacher, and first grade teacher. She was a diagnostician/supervisor for all grade levels. Kathy was a LIFE Skills/autism/behavior/assistive technology consultant at a Texas education service center before leaving to start her own business in 1999.
Kathy has keynoted many national/international conferences. She is a regular guest on local news programs that promote research.-Based techniques to work with children and teens with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, executive functioning differences, and other executive functions issues. Kathy Provides technical assistance in classrooms throughout the U.S., Canada, and many other countries.
