You deserve some history. John Grinder (and Richard Bandler) developed NLP long before the term was invented. They modelled people from different professions. We all know that they modeled Virginia Satir MD (the family therapist) and Milton Erickson MD (the legendary Hypnotherapist). They also modeled other professions.
