What is this Course?
Summer Huntington, created this course to allow anyone and everyone to learn her signature Awaken, Condition, Practice & Flow method. The Kinesiologyoga 101 This course includes every drill, exercise, and sequence that she has taught at her yoga seminars. It also contains the highly effective cueing to maximize fascial tension, core stability, and self myofascial relief techniques using RAD Roller tools (take 15% off your RAD Roller checkout by entering code SH).
This private training is for Summer and lasts for a year. She teaches all the techniques she uses in her group classes, as well as in her private sessions.

Summer’s strength and conditioning yoga syllabus was recently accepted by WWU as a Kinesiology197 class. She also served as an Adjunct faculty member. The Kinesiologyoga 101 This course is designed to help those working in the yoga, physical training, coaching, or yoga fields to learn how to use these tools effectively and access Flow State. She wants all people to have access to this information, regardless of their location, income, or college degree.
Summer also wants people to be able to fully understand Awaken, Condition, Practice & Flow concepts to be fully prepared to learn from her in person at one of her many educational seminars. This course can be used by anyone who wants to learn from Summer at their own pace, with expert guidance.
You can learn how to use the program by watching live lectures in each section.
What equipment is recommended?
For this program, any steel club is acceptable. Just a quick web search can help you find them. Indian Clubs can weigh anywhere from 1 to 5 lbs.
