- Each training block will have a slightly different set if goals and priorities (with the appropriate adjustments in exercise selection, volume, split workout, etc.).
- Some blocks are Upper/Lower 4-day splits. Others are 5-day splits. Other blocks are 6-day Legs/Push/Pull type Splits.
- Lower volume training blocks will sometimes separate larger sets of training blocks. This allows you to be physically and psychologically fresh for larger training blocks.
- Each training block is designed to complement the previous one and the one that comes next.
