I’ve been there myself. It was frustrating to try to make positive changes, only to have them reversed a few weeks later or even hours later. Then, due to a chance meeting with a legendary NLP Master Trainer, all that changed… overnight.
That meeting, and many others that followed, was the moment I learned what Neuro’s giants were like.-Linguistic Programming can (folks). People believed that our habits were indestructible until very recently. While you may be able to help someone change their belief system or change a simple behavior, it’s not possible to change a habit. Most students (and many teachers) in personal development would agree. “forget it!”
They’d tell me “Tom, you “can’t teach an old dog new tricks”, “a leopard never changes it’s spots” All that and more.
This was to me a puzzle. I mean… what was the point of studying and learning all about change, reading books, going to seminars, listening to audios if you can’t change something so fundamental as our habits?
Particularly since so much success and happiness is directly related to our habits.
It is obvious that I was aware of something deep within me that many personal development professionals overlook or ignore.

Your habits have an impact on every area of your life.
Relationships, careers, finances, health, well-being, etc.
Your habits either propel you towards success and the realisation of your goals…
… or left unchecked hurtle you downwards towards failure and another loop around frustration and the status quo.
And the scary thing is… our habits for the most part, were not created consciously. We learn how to act from our childhood and these patterns become automatic, unconscious, and habitual over time.
The Habit Both good and bad habits can be created by the machine.
