Mike Robertson – Complete Core Fitness
Finally! The Final Step-By-Step Core Get Better Results With Your Clients and Athletes with Our Training System – NOW!
Every client, athlete and coach wants to create a strong core.
It doesn’t matter if they say it or not: Core training is always on their minds.
We tend to go back to our old ways of doing core training. It’s a valid point, and I can understand it.
It is the path of least resistance.
It’s the easiest way out.
This may not be a great way to do things but it’s fast and easy so why not just keep doing the same thing?
If you want to go beyond your comfort zone, however, you must change the way that you think about core-training.
Core Training is more than just doing crunches and sitting down.-Ups at the end a training session
Core Training shouldn’t be about wasting time with ineffective coaching cues. “drawing our abs in” Or “arching our back.”
Also, a well-Our core training program is not a random collection of exercises. We want to help athletes and clients build strong cores.
As trainers and coaches, our goal should always be to have a system in place for core training.
And if you want a system that you can start using right now, today, with your clients and athletes, then let’s talk…
The Core The Training System that the Pros Use…
My name is Mike RobertsonHere’s a little secret:
Every coach makes mistakes, and I’m no different.
Two things struck me quickly when I began coaching 16 years ago.
1 – My athletes loved core training, and
2 – Core training, if done properly, could help improve their performance.
mr-CoachingWhile my athletes loved that I included core exercises into their training program, it was a terrible idea.
I chose the wrong exercises.
I programed them in a completely random fashion.
And the worst part was, I wasn’t even coaching the exercises correctly!
So if we’re being honest and transparent here, I feel like I’ve made damn near every mistake in the book.

But if you know anything about me, you know I’m about as stubborn as they come, and I’m never willing to leave “good enough” alone.
I wanted better answers.
I wanted to achieve consistently high results with each client and every athlete I trained.
And I wasn’t going to stop until I had a system in place that could help me get better results!
Over the years, I’ve studied everything I could get my hands on to better understand the core. I am now entrusted by elite athletes from all three major sports to get them in top shape.
If core training is important to you, I’d like to ask:
Do you want to gain a better understanding of the anatomy, biomechanics and mechanics of the core?
Are you looking for a step?-By-Step-by-step guide to writing better core training programs
What coaching techniques do I use with athletes and clients?
Answer the question “Yes” Any (or all) of the above questions. of the above questions, then I want to tell you about….
COMPLETE Core Training
CompleteCore300My goal is to be a coach and create systems that can be used time and time again to help me achieve consistent quality results with my athletes and clients.
Complete Core Training is my step-By-Step-by-step guide for creating programs and coaching exercises that will help athletes and clients build the core strength, health, and resilience they desire.
Here’s an overview of what you’ll learn when you review the materials:
The TRUE role of the core (HINT: it’s not about producing force!)
Breathing – We all do it. But are we doing it correctly? Are you doing it correctly? “belly breathing” Exercises causing more harm than good
What you should do instead of standard ab circuits to create a strong and resilient core.
Why core training is built on posture and positioning (and how it will impact everything else).
A brief overview of core training anatomy and its impact on your program design and coaching.
What is hip flexor stretching? Does it help or hurt your clients and athletes with their hips?
How to create a core training program that produces great results
This is a brief overview. Here’s a breakdown of each product’s components.
The Complete Core Training videos
Module 1: Functional Anatomy Core Training Philosophy and Breathing
Module 1 will help you gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the core and the role it plays in the human body.
We’ll start with insight into anatomy and biomechanics. Although it may not seem very sexual, this knowledge is crucial for creating a core training program that’s more effective. Once you understand the muscles of the core and how they influence both posture and position, you’ll immediately be ahead of the curve.
From there, we’ll focus on the true role of the core, and the techniques and strategies required to train it effectively.
We’ll finish up with an overview of breathing and proper breathing mechanics. There is a lot of talk about breathing in this industry.
But quite frankly, many are misguided in how they’re applying this. It’s not as simple as taking in big belly breaths to get the diaphragm working.
Instead, our goal is to understand how proper breath can affect posture, position, airflow, performance, and other aspects of life.
Module 2: Hands-Coaching Session
Module 2 will focus on core training exercises and proper coaching. If you understand the anatomy, you’re well on your way to being more successful.
If you want to achieve maximum results, however, it is important to learn how to coach core training exercises.
In this section we’ll cover everything from ground-Core exercises that focus on core training, including advanced positions and positions like the tall- and half-back.-kneeling.
The cost of this module could be well worth it. If core training is something you do every day, you’ll find the information and observation skills you need to immediately make an impact on your clients.
Module 3 – Program Design
You could be the best coach in the world, but if you’re coaching the wrong exercises, you’re not going to get optimal results.
Module 3 will provide you with unique insights into my core and program. “core training” Almost every aspect of this program.
Core training isn’t something you throw in at the end of a session. You must address your client’s core issues throughout each training session if you want to help them and their athletes develop a strong, stable, and resilient core.
This module will teach you how and step by step.-By-Step 2: How to incorporate core training into all aspects of the warm-Ups and downs.
The Complete Core Training Manual
The videos have a lot of great content, but I wanted to elevate this product. A 173-page PDF will be included with your vidoes.-This spiral bound manual is divided into three sections.
Section 1 Core Training Transcript
Section #1 is a reprint.-Written and revised transcripts from the videos above.
I don’t know about you, but if I can see something live and then read it as well, the material really starts to sink in.
And while I started with a basic transcript, it didn’t long for me to realize it could be cleaner and more concise.
To remedy this, I’ve gone back and literally re-This entire section was written to ensure that each point is clear and understandable.
Section 2: Exercise Coaching, Progressions, and Regressions
Download immediately Mike Robertson – Complete Core Fitness
Section #2 will contain all the core exercises that I use with clients and athletes. You’ll get a step-By-Step-by-step guide on how to set it up-How to do the exercise and what coaching cues you use. This section alone is well worth the admission fee!
Section 3 – Program Design
Last but not the least, the last section of the manual will discuss the intricacies of program design. The videos cover my thoughts on exercise selection as well as an overview of how you can write a core training programme.
Here I’ll give you specific recommendations for the set/rep schemes, rest periods and time under tension protocols you’ll want to use to make sure you’re getting the training effect you want.
But, there’s more!
My goal is to provide exceptional value through my products and services.
The videos and manual by themselves should do that, but in an effort to truly over deliver, here are some additional bonus items I’m going to throw in to make sure you love the product!
Bonus Item #1 – The Complete Core Training Q&A Call
One month after our product launch wraps up, I’m going to do a Q&A call for people who purchased the product.
Here, you’ll get a chance to ask your most pressing core training questions, and the ones I see most often will get answered.
This is simply another way to learn and dig in.
Bonus Item #2: The Breathing In-Video Service
While breathing is an important part of core training, many people do it incorrectly.
In this hour-long video, you’ll get an awesome overview of proper breathing mechanics, as well as what I call “positional breathing exercises” You can use this tool with your athletes and clients today.
Bonus Item #3: The Complete Core Training Chart: Regression Chart and Progression Chart
Between the DVD’s and manual, I cover a ton of different core training exercises. The goal is to make sure that you always have an exercise that’s hard enough (or easy enough) for your clients and athletes.
This PDF will allow you to quickly and easily organize all the exercises, progressions, and regressions in one easy-to-use reference chart. This will speed up the program design process and allow you to quickly move through and regress during sessions.
Bonus Item #4 – The Complete Core Training Exercise Checklists
When you’re coaching clients and athletes, it’s awkward to carry around a huge coaching manual, or to be watching videos on the Internet to make sure they’re doing things right.
These simple exercise checklists cover all basic positions and positions (prone/supine/quadruped, tall).-Kneeling and Half-Kneeling) to print them out and take them with you.
These checklists will ensure your clients and athletes are performing at their best with each exercise.
Bonus Item #5-The Complete Core Training Lecture Slides
All slides can be inserted directly into the videos during the course of the video. This will make it easy to get the most out your learning experience.
However, you’ll also be able to download the lecture slides as well, so you can follow along with the materials both on the videos and with notes in hand.
This sounds amazing – but how much does it cost?
If you know anything about me, you know I don’t think of things in terms of “cost.”
Instead, I focus on the value they bring.
And I don’t know. Complete Core While training is great, I wanted to make it accessible to all coaches and trainers who are interested in my system.
If you attend a weekend continuing education course, you’re going to pay anywhere from $199 to $299 dollars just for the seminar itself.
This is before you consider travel, lodging, lost wages, and any other fees that may be associated with it.
Perhaps more important, not all courses are taught in a structured manner. Individual speakers and presenters are there to simply provide information. They do not have to cover all topics.
“Is Complete Core Training a Good Fit For ME?”
If you’ve read this far, chances are you are at least a little bit interested in my core training system.

Complete Core Training is not a random act.
It’s a system that you can use with every single one of the clients and athletes that comes in your door.
“Can’t I find all of this information elsewhere?”
I’m sure if you trained enough clients and athletes, and spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours on the Internet, reading books, or attending seminars, you could find all this information somewhere else.
You don’t want to waste your time or energy trying to find a loophole like this, so why bother?
I’ve lIterally done all the legwork for you. I’ve made the mistakes….
…trained the clients and athletes….
…and done the continuing education for you, so that you too can have a streamlined approach to core training.
The choice is yours – if you’re a true do-it-If you’re a self-sufficient person, you can certainly take the long road and figure everything out yourself.
You can also go direct and implement a proven core training program today.
“This product costs too much!”
I’m going to be a bit on the harsh here:
If $147 seems excessive to you for continuing education, this product may not be right for you.
If you think that $147 is too much to spend when I’m giving you a systematized, step-By-You can use this step-by-step approach to core training for years to follow.
This product is not recommended for purchase.
However, if you realize that $147 is an absolute steal when you factor in all of the time, money and frustration you’ll save yourself by picking up a copy, then please don’t wait any longer.
