Mobility & Flexibility Toolkit
There are more than one type of Flexibility
Flexibility has been lost. In an attempt to simplify and isolate, most have lost the many forms of flexibility from static to dynamic and passive to active.
The Mobility & Flexibility Toolkit Anyone who wants to improve their range of motion. We cover the entire passive to active spectrum in order to be able to actively control our joints through full range – but do so easily with little need to warmup. We want to be able to control our entire range of motion as soon as we wake up each morning. It should be.
Flexibility can be described as the simplest form of flexibility. “the quality of bending easily without breaking”. It takes a variety of tools to increase strength, motor control, and resilience throughout the body. Don’t expect endless foam rolling, purely passive work, mobility flows or other short term increases in range. We’re here for the long haul and use only the most powerful tools for the job.
If you do it right, you’ll only have to do it once.
