Most agencies won’t survive without this sales process.
I’ve been working in the sales and Agency world for more than 10 years and I have seen it grow tremendously, as Facebook ads. and ClickFunnels has made “starting” An agency is now much simpler than it was in years past.
With that I have also noticed a disturbing trend about the businesses we are selling too…
They have QUICKLY become much more skeptical…
They have been burned by other agencies…

How does it work?
To successfully complete this process, there are two steps that you need to follow and get the results you are looking for…
STEP 1 – The Qualifying Step

Specific questions are asked in a way that leads to the answers.

First, we need to build authority and trust with our client… and This is done by asking specific questions about the business of the client in a very specific fashion.
If you don’t ask the right questions prospects will feel as if you don’t understand their business and Their niche… and if they feel you don’t understand their business they will never buy.
Next, we must get our clients to share their greatest pain points with us. and problems with generating new customers…
You do this again by asking questions… Here’s a philosophy you need to live by:
Next, learn about their current results and desired results… and Why they are not getting the results they want.
This is crucial… You must get them to talk about what THEY think is holding them back from achieving their goals (later on we will position ourselves as the perfect solution they are looking for.)
The last part of the qualifying process involves determining their motivations to grow their business.
What are they looking for in a job?

Now we transition to step 2 in the process…
STEP 2: Closed Webinar
(Your New Secret Weapon)
Perhaps you are thinking about this right now.
“Nik, why would you do a 2 step close? Isn’t a 1 call close the super sexy thing to do???”
Let me make it clear: When I refer to a 2 step process, this usually takes 2 calls. You can do it in one call, but you must not rush the closing.
Now here is the story as to why I will ONLY do a 2 step closing process…
After two years of hard work, I was able to learn how to close clients in a single call process.
It was at first great. and We were receiving new clients every week for the first time, but I noticed a problem after a few months.
We had terrible retention.
We heard it all the time:
“The leads suck”
“Everyone who comes in from your ads is broke”
Et cetera and It continued… and the business owners blamed us for not being able to convert new customers.
So, I spent the entire year searching for a way to stop the constant churn. There were many options. and Find out how to do this:
â• We started a call room with 8 callers to schedule leads (lost more than 250k in this venture).
â• Added 90-day contracts (this was helpful, but not a solution to the problem).
â• We spent a lot of money on expensive account managers in the hope that they would convince our clients to stay.
â• To streamline our backend, we spent more than 50k on operations coaches
And while these things helped a little bit… I had started to have a feeling that our sales process might be the problem.
It was hard to admit that I was wrong, since I had always taken pride in our ability bring on 10-15 new clients per calendar month (which was the case for 17 consecutive months )…).
But after analysing the data and Reviewing the sales calls, there was enough evidence to suggest that our sales process was reducing our retention rate.
It was not easy for clients to understand the effort required to generate leads. and When they are faced with inevitable difficulties, it is best to be prepared.-We planted the leads, they would not be sorry…
We didn’t do a sufficient job in the sales department of educating our client about marketing.
Sales were also becoming more difficult, to make things worse and More marketers are now entering this space…
It began to feel like a race to the bottom… where we kept having to lower our fees… and to make everything worse…
Clients were cranking like mad
So I returned to the drawing boards.
