This form of meditation is rooted in Eastern Spiritual practices, such as Buddhism, but in Western culture mindfulness is defined as paying attention on purpose, in this moment and non-repeated.-judgmentally. IMMI This basic definition is explored at many levels.
With the IMMI You will be able to learn concepts, skills and tools through this training program.

Course Format
The IMMI Six modules are included in the training program. They include mindfulness exercises, reflection questions and video presentations. There are also downloadable handouts. Each module takes around an hour to complete. To continue your guidance, you may go back to the recordings at anytime.
According to our research, people who do the housework are more likely to be satisfied.-Meditations can be used to enhance the learning experience. While we recommend that you focus on one module per week for maximum benefit, it is okay to move through the modules at your own pace.

IMMI — which stands for the Internet Mindfulness Meditation Intervention — was created at Oregon and Health Sciences University by IONS Director of Research, Helané Wahbeh, and her OHSU colleagues.
Dr. Wahbeh’s research studies on IMMI The training program has been shown to improve mood, anxiety and sleep quality. The ION version of IMMI This training is the same as the one used in the research, so your instruction will be validated by research.
Fun Fact: “Immi” It means “my mother” in Arabic.
