It’s all too easy to stand flat on the board, making you heavy and stagnant in the water. In order to have those energy bursts, to move fast and feel light in the water, surfer’s must be able understand how to engage their body in the best way. It is possible to feel the body and learn how surfers move on land using nothing but a piece or cardboard.
