Pam Collins MSN, CMSRN and RN-BC, Has more than 30 years experience as a nurse, which includes working as a charge nurse and staff nurse in medical settings.-Surgical and pediatric units, nurse managers, nursing administration, and nursing faculty. Pam Presently works as an Independent Education and Medical Therapist-Legal Consultant. She is also a Certified Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing in Charlotte, NC. She holds dual certification in medical.-surgical nursing through the Academy for Medical Surgical Nurses (AMSN) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Pam Schools of Nursing may also be consulted to improve NCLEX success rates. This includes a focus on medical.-surgical nursing.
Additionally, Pam She has extensive knowledge in the legal aspects and documentation of nursing practice, including litigation support for medical malpractice. She is a national speaker on legal and clinical topics for healthcare professionals. Her passion is evident in her enthusiasm, presentation style, and ability to engage with the audience. Cyndi Zarbano MSN-Ed, CCRN, CEN, PCCN, CMSRN, CLNC, NLCP, She is an experienced nurse in intensive care with more than 20 years of experience and is currently working in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. She is a national recognized expert in her field.-A well-respected seminar speaker, she has opened many national symposiums and spoke on a number of topics for PESI as well as other companies in the US. Her speaking engagements include: Cyndi A published author, she has written a variety books including Clinical Nursing Assessment Skills Pocket Guide as well as the Pocket Guide for Medical Surgical Nurses. Her products include webcasts, webinars, and textbooks.
She also holds a BSN and MS in Nursing. She also has 3 additional undergraduate degrees and multiple certifications. She was a US Naval Officer for ten years and retired as an LCDR in 2001. Prior to becoming a nurse, her previous experience was as a counselor in a Minnesota facility for the mentally ill. After leaving the military, she returned to the facility and was a Lead Psychiatric Nursing Nurse for two more years. Additionally, Cyndi Has a law nurse consulting company and continues to be a medical expert witness in medical cases.
