This plan is similar to how we learned to walk by first building strength, then crawling and finally walking. It’s organized into a series video progressions that will guide you through different stages of holding and starting a freestanding handstand. To practice what you have learned in a real Yoga flow, you can use the bonus handstand technique as you progress in your handstand.
